Our environmental objectives

Following the United Nations' universal call, in 2018 we incorporated the Lean methodology into our operations. Three years later, we received the Lean & Green AwardA recognition where the initiative coordinated by AECOC in Spain distinguishes our sustainable action plan, the result of a joint effort made with our partners.

By 2024 we have achieved that 80% of our light vehicle fleet will be hybrid or 100% electric. In addition, we have also incorporated a new 44tn 100% electric truck and we have 7 recharging points at ISL's facilities in Ribarroja del Túria, Valencia.

Since 2018, 100% of the energy contracted at our facilities in Ribarroja del Túria, Valencia, is renewable with a guarantee of origin certificate. However, we also have renewable energy generation for self-consumption through solar panels, both at the Ribarroja del Túria facilities and at the Valencia Logistics Park (PLV). In the latter, we have the Breeam Excellent seal. Thanks to the solar panels, 75,303 kWh of renewable energy has been generated, avoiding the emission of GHGs. 52.53% of the energy consumed in 2024 is renewable.

The results of these calculations have been established in accordance with ISO 14083:2023.
