Having a motivated team allows for multiple positive factors in their vision, comfort and work development. Promoting talent and training, as well as developing activities that show concern for the improvement and well-being of employees should be a clear objective in every business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At In Side Logistics we are aware of the importance of people, being one of the fundamental pillars. In order to retain talent, we have set up a series of activities and training courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We know that information is power and therefore we try to have a qualified team at all times, achieving that throughout 2021 52% of the staff received training, with a total of 263.5 hours given.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We have specific training geared towards customer service. In this way we try to ensure that both employees and customers have a good experience and are able to resolve any incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This enables professionals to be able to detect, understand and solve complications, and consequently make the customer experience as satisfactory as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We have also carried out activities aimed at keeping our working environment safe. To achieve this, several protocols have been implemented, such as the one for the prevention of and action against sexual and gender-based harassment, drawn up by the Negotiating Committee of the Equality Plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Thanks to the implementation of the Equality Plan, it is guaranteed that there are no imbalances between men and women in any area. In addition, the message has been reinforced through various training sessions on equality, not only for the members of the Negotiating Committee and the management team, but also for each and every one of the people who form part of the organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the same time, we try to be alert to the information gathered by the staff, which was reflected in the questionnaire we launched on equality in the company, in order to take into account all possible opinions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In order to be able to act effectively in the event of a complaint of sexual or gender-based harassment, we have implemented a Protocol for the prevention of and action against this type of harassment. Although it has not been used, as no cases of sexual or gender-based harassment were reported in 2021, we consider it essential to ensure the protection of all individuals. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are also concerned about promoting healthy habits and during 2022 we brought back the Fruit Day. Before the pandemic, every Wednesday we provided a basket of fruit for the staff's lunch. At the same time, we have also recovered the pilates and cross-training sessions, with a professional physiotherapist available at all times to treat ailments for all those who request it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These are just some of the actions we have taken to retain talent and motivate the professionals who are part of In Side Logistics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
