In this context, where more and more businesses are moving towards e-commerce, having a good service that addresses the most important aspects of the supply chain is essential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Being able to cope with the high demand can create certain hurdles in organising and managing aspects of the supply chain. This is where the role of logistics outsourcing comes in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The rise of outsourcing is visible in data. According to a study by <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.deloitte.com\/es\/es.html\">Deloitte<\/a>65% of successful organisations have outsourcing models among their services. The explanation for this is simple. The professionalisation of companies that focus exclusively on one area results in a substantial improvement in both the quality and productivity of their employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To have a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insidelogistics.com\/en\/logistics-services-and-warehousing\/\">outsourced supply chain service<\/a> The fact that it is provided by professional experts in the sector means a substantial improvement in the management of its elements. Despite this, the refusal to incorporate this service is present, with questionable arguments, which, in this article, we will try to dismantle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Myth 1: Business disengagement<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hiring a company to do part of your business does not mean that the power of your business disappears, in fact, it is quite the opposite. By being able to count on the experience of people fully dedicated to the sector, you can learn to manage your resources in an optimal way, as well as understand the behaviour of demand and, through teamwork, evolve towards a constant improvement of the company's processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An important aspect to take into account when contracting an outsourcing service is the quality and experience of the service provider. If you deal with a bad provider, any service will go wrong, whatever the field. Researching the company you are working with is the necessary step to effective outsourcing. Having a good relationship will allow you to get great results and have full control of the operations being carried out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Myth 2: Quality declines<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the biggest barriers that increase the fear of outsourcing is quality. The fear that the products might be damaged or poorly cared for by the outsourcing company is often one of the aspects that make people hesitate about this service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The reality is different, as long as you have a good company, every aspect of the supply chain is covered. In fact, it is the consumers of the service who decide on the parameters and requirements to work with, and it is through these measures that the subsequent strategy is shaped. At the same time, a series of service agreements must be signed, in which non-compliance with the requirements is penalised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Myth 3: Loss of image<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Covering all services from a single company has long been a generalised objective, seeking to ensure control and traceability of all processes - as they are all carried out by the same company. Looking back, it is incongruous to think that a company that deals with a multitude of different aspects will have better operational control than one that is fully specialised in that aspect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The myth that every company needs to have its own services must be overcome. Outsourcing certain areas still ensures a consolidated, professional and efficient company image. It is a reality that a company cannot deal with all the aspects with which it operates in the best way, so what better than to outsource those that ensure complete quality and reliability?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers take into account the final product and the service offered. Ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the business and good customer service management will not only ensure that the brand image is not lost, but will also allow for an improvement in the management of processes that, if not outsourced, could be less effective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These are just some of the myths about outsourcing operations that can be easily dispelled.
