Product availability, delivery times and consistency between channels directly influence the final customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A stock-out, a delay, or a lack of coordination between the physical store and the online channel have an immediate impact on sales and brand perception.
