Welcome to the internal reporting channel
This is a secure channel to report behaviour contrary to our established values and principles. Code of Ethics and its internal regulations, as well as infringements of European Union (EU) law and facts that contravene any current regulations which may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative infraction, in accordance with Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and combating corruption.
The information provided through this Internal Whistleblowing Channel will be received by the person responsible for the Internal Information System of VASCO Group, to which IN SIDE LOGISTICS VALENCIA S.L., IN SIDE LOGISTICS CANARIAS S.L.U. and IBERIAN LOGISTICS S.L. are affiliated. The person responsible for the Internal Information System, who is tasked with supervising and ensuring the proper functioning of the Channel, will proceed to analyse the information and process it diligently, respecting at all times the rights of the informant, the reported person, and any third parties involved.
The Internal Whistleblowing Channel is regulated as established in the VASCO Group Internal Information System Regulations, in accordance with Law 2/2023 and other applicable data protection, crime prevention, and money laundering regulations.
The Internal Information System guarantees the confidential treatment of the informant's identity, and of any third party mentioned in the communication, as well as data protection and privacy, protecting the person reporting in good faith from any attempt at reprisal for this communication. In this regard, slander, false accusations or those made in bad faith may be subject to disciplinary or other measures.
This channel allows communications to be submitted anonymously. In this case, communication with the informant will be exclusively through the secure communication mailbox. Once the information has been sent via this channel, the application will provide an identifier and password that will allow access to the secure communication mailbox. It is very important to remember the identifier and password that will allow access to the mailbox in order to know the status of the communication and the progress in the management of the report.
If you choose to file a named report (not anonymous), the form includes a section where you can provide the details of the informant, including their email address. Updates on the processing of your report will be sent via email and through the secure communication inbox. It is important to check these periodically to stay informed about the progress of your report.
