Students from the Fasta Madre Sacramento Educational Centre visited the In Side Logistics facilities with the aim of getting closer to the world of work from the perspective of a logistics operator.
On 10th January, In Side Logistics received a visit from the students of Vocational Training Course in International Trade from CEFMS who were able to get first-hand knowledge of how our company operates, a company focused on national logistics and transport but also beyond our borders
As already happened with the presentation by the Director General of In Side Logistics, Xabier Azarloza to the Polytechnic University of Valencia Last December, internationalisation is a booming topic thanks, in large part, to the globalisation of markets. A globalisation in which our company has a lot to say thanks, both for being a logistics operator with an international focus, and for the multinational business group to which it belongs, Vasco Catalana Group.
Bringing the world of work into the classroom
One of the objectives set in 2019 and which remains fully valid in 2020 is to bring the world of work closer to the classroom. Only in this way can we harness the talent we have in our educational centres.
For this reason, throughout the past year of 2019, at In Side Logistics we have opened our doors to students from different educational centres, both as interns and as visitors, to showcase our work. An example of this is the Visit to our Algeciras headquarters by IES Torre Almirante or the participation of Alberto Porcar, a student at EDEM as an intern at our company. And, for this reason, we started the year with a visit from CEFMS of Torrente, Valencia.
In today's world, with globalised markets and the rise of e-commerce, the existence of a logistics operator like In Side Logistics is key to the functioning of markets and the economy.
